- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been going to Louis for years and have never had a bad experience. She always does what is correct and also what is best for my family. She explains things when asked and she completes the process in a short period of time asking questions and explaining as she goes along. My husband had never used Louis before but once we were married he started using her and realized he wishes she had been doing it all along. Extremely organized and her office is neat and child friendly. My kids often ask WHEN DO YOU NEED YOUR TAXES DONE MOMMY! My mother and step father go to Louis and my mother and father in law go to Louis I have a lot of co workers and friends that also go to her and they are extremely pleased.
